Some pics

Postby Katrina » Thu Oct 20, 2011 9:59 pm

Some of the pics I've taken recently.

First up is Sam / Baby Z from Mel's Evita x Wasp pairing.
Image
Kind of failed photo-contest shoot with an old Halloween costume. Red isn't Sam's color plus she is too young to dress up Burlesque.

Rollie: 'I'm so pretty, my tail goes on forever'
Image
Image

Kira:
Super grumpy-face
Image
Arboreal dummy - hmm, didn't plan for how to descend gracefully
Image

Jaxi - so shiny, so much water displacement
Image

Simon - shedding takes at least 10 hours of solid basking. Finally - took about 8 months for all the toes to heal and him to stop looking so dull, but this last shed made a big difference.
Image

Callie and Riff-Raff are shedding right now and Stewy is just sleeping, so no recent pics of them.

Oh geeze, the photo descriptions had me laughing  "My tail goes on forever" and "so much water displacement" Sam must be so happy with slate stacks to climb on and pretty dresses to grow into!

How cute!

I love the color contrast in the first picture. He really puts my girl to shame (sorry Gauge)

Mel - Sam likes the rocks and driftwood, not such a huge fan of the dress. Good little climber though. And HATES the temp gun with a passion - is fine with being handled and people but has viciously bitten the temp gun twice now as I am checking temps.

ILoveMyMonsters - color isn't everything. Some of my less unique / pretty blueys are my favorites because they are so personable. Except I don't have favorites... I love them all equally. :uhhhh:

Linnea - Kira climbs that driftwood every couple months and then perches up there for a bit wondering what to do. They definitely are decent climbers, luckily he can't touch the heat bulb or anything from there. All he can do is look around and slowly, clumsily slide off.

Brad - still waiting on tanny pics. And those last two shedding Keis. Your collection is more amazing!!

Thanks everyone! I'm really fortunate to have all these guys, they are pretty incredible.

And kiwi berries - these little mini-kiwi berry type things I found... skink candy.
