i dust every meal with calcium mixed with vitamins, just sprinkle a layer on top of the meat before you mix it with the veggies - or just sprinkle on top of the food just before you feed.

if you feed a good diversity of veggies and a good brand of cat/dog food then you do not really need the extra vitamins that much, but you absolutely need the calcium :D the one i use was mixed from the beginning by the store, so im not sure about the amounts of each ingredient - but its mostly 'pure' calcium powder.

I do not feed D3 supplement as i have an uvb bulb so i cannot give you a good idea of the amount.

I use my Rep-Cal (calcium adn d3) every feeding. I dont use UVA/UVB bulbs.
i'm not sure about other multivitamins, but if like others have said, a varied diet and you should be fine. :)

If you feed canned dog food there should be quite a few vitamins in it already. I still add a multivitamin on occasion though. But, like others said, if you have UVB I'd mostly feed just plain calcium and give calcium plus D3 on occasion. If you don't have UVB then I'd supplement Ca with D3 for most feedings.

for young, growing animals add calcium + d3 at least every other feeding, and a multivitamin about once a week. I keep my skinks under mercury vapor bulbs and with my adults they get food dusted a couple times a week. My youngins get food dusted every feeding, and I alternate between brands of calcium for variety. I like the minerall I for greens, since its berry flavored.

I like the repashy and rep cal multivitamin mixes, and alternate between them.
