the camera is having trouble connecting to the computer i know how to upload but the computer says the camera isnt there when i try to transfer the pics from the camera to the computer

see the problem is my phones camera sucks and you couldnt tell anything from the pic and if my camera wont work then i have no option to post a pic you cant tell anything from

This is only a suggestion and doesn't need a reply.

Go to the camera manufacturer's website, download the latest driver for the particular camera model, install the driver, re-boot the computer and re-connect the USB. If it is Windows it should it should pop up a message like "new hardware found".
