If it's your first meal or you're in a rush, I'd start with something simple like dogfood.
Collard greens:
Calcium supplements with/without D3 are good to add, especially if your meals may be lacking calcium. If you have UVB lights, D3 probably isn't needed.
Silkworms are a good snack, but I don't personally know a site for them, so I'll leave it for others to answer.

Why are you in a rush? There's no NEED to feed your BTS silkworms.
Chop up some veggies and greens with some dog- or catfood, sprinkle some calcium and maybe a reptile multivitamin on it, and you're good to go. For several meals.
Worms and crickets and such are good "snacks", but are not staples in a wellrounded diet.

Silks are great, but the point others are making is that there are lots of good options for protein - no need for silks. They are great feeders though. You can feed them often. But if you are in a rush just feed dog food or chicken or something else until you get silks.
Mealworms, supers etc aren't bad - just not great staple foods.

Your BTS will do fine even if he NEVER eats a silkworm. Like others have said, they are great, just not required.

Aaaarrrgghh. My posts always get like mile-long, and I'm always thinking nobody wants to read all that!
I did write A LOT (as always) in Hopeful Herpers post about Olivia, I was hoping that would count.....
Not everybody reads all posts though, so I promise to write my own thread, so everybody who remembers my threads from before, and want to, can get the update.
I make NO promises on the length of the post
You have been warned!
