ok, so found this a few minutes ago, think i was right. Toby is a 'he'. which makes me think that maybe during the fight Toby was attempting to breed with mr.tubbins (who might be mrs.tubbins) thats why all the bites and scratches are on the sides and neck area.

Is that dried out? It is the wrong color to be fresh, but if it is dry and hard it may be what you are thinking. It seems to be attached to the urate though, which it shouldn't be if it is a plug. It may just be the angle of the picture though. If you do have a boy, he should continue to drop them regularly for awhile, so I would just keep an eye out for more if you aren't sure.

it was almost hard when i found it. do they not come out with feces or urates? My male chameleon (i know different species  ) drops huge sperm plugs, but only after he has 'gone potty'. do bts seminal plugs just come out randomly???

I am not sure that is a seminal plug. It looks a little unusual, They come in pairs, and they generally drop them in late winter on into spring.
