Brumation

Postby Lauriek » Sun May 22, 2011 7:24 pm

Well, it seems Bliss has been in brumation for at least a month. Her viv is out on the verandah. All I do is make sure she has water. I would like it back inside. DH is currently adament about Bliss staying out. BUT THE SHINGLES   Their viv is also on the verandah. They think it's the middle of summer! This morning BOTH of them decided they should come out. No, I told them. I had too much to do! :D

the blotchies will be fine out there, the stumpies often stay active during brumation, just be careful with cold damp if they are outside,,i brumate stumpys indoors, just to be sure they stay dry,but even with no heat and pretty cool, they supprisingly move around alot
