Is this normal?
I dont think this is a respetory illness, but it seems to happen everytime im lookin at Ruckus. I find when im staring at him for a while (and he knows I am) his breathing is kinda irratic. It almost looks like he takea two beaths in and one out. Sometimes his neck .. Well.. Im not exactlly sure how to explai it. If I can figure out how, ill post a video if noone knows what im talking about lol. I wouldent blame yeah.

If eyes and nose are clear and not runny then I don't think you need to worry about a resp infection. I really can't say with any certainty what exactly he's doing based on the description that you gave, but if I had to hazard a guess it just sounds like he thinks you're gonna eat him and is huffing and puffing to scare you away.
Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

one of my blueys looks like a bellows when she thinks someone is going to pick her up. swells up her throat and body to look bigger, huffs and puffs like the big bad wolf
Thankfully shes starting to get over that. Slowly but surely I'll get her to come around lol.
As others have said, if there are no other symptoms, then I wouldnt worry. Mine also sneeze occasionally to clear the "dust" out of their noses. Its so cute!
