Looking for a blue tongue skink in michigan/ohio/indiana
I'm looking to get a blue tongue skink, and before I get one from a breeder or something I want to see if I can find one that needs a home. I need one that's good with handling and is good with eating cat/dog food rather than live prey

Look for them at reptile expos. Skinks usually don't need live prey.

I just received a young northern blue tongue skink from Thomasskinks.com. He is also on Facebook. This is my first skank, but it arrive today alert and healthy looking. Has eaten and drink some water. Is not hiding but seems pretty comfortable in the enclosure.
The people at Thomas skank's are very nice, they answered all my questions patiently :-) I would definitely recommend them. I think they have a couple more available right now.

Great! Which one did you get? I got Bai, renamed him Dobby. I don't know if it's a boy or a girl but for now I'm just calling it him. Since I gave it a male name it will probably end up being female. That's what happens with all my tortoises.

I am looking to get a northern blue tongue, ( I am in Ohio), but I don't have facebook and when I go to Thomasskinks.com it seems to only have options to redirect me to twitter, facebook or instagram. Am I missing something?

I don't have Facebook either. But I was able to go there and get enough information to contact them via email.

Hi guys. Heard we were mentioned over here, figured I'd check it out. Hopefully our website will be fully complete soon, we're working on it daily.
E-mail works great if Facebook isn't an option, I try my best to answer as quickly as possible thomasskinks@yahoo.com
We have 2 northerns available right now, siblings of the ones mentioned already. and like all of the other northern breeders, we'll have lots of new babies available next year.
Thanks for the references, it's really appreciated!
