Shedding Question
My bluey went into shed for the first time since i've addicted him. Today is the third day he's in shed and he's almost brumating so he's been sleeping a lot and not up and around scratching on stuff trying to get it off like he was the first day. He still has shed on his tail head and belly yet to come off but he's not trying anymore. IS 3 days too long with it still on? Should I soak him? He is an irian jaya. Warm side temp 95 cool side 75 humidity 40%

Re: Shedding Question
Hey! While 3 days isn't too extreme - did noticed your humidity is low (for Indonesians it's more in the 60-80% recommendation range). You could try a shallow soak to help out (considering the current humidity). And I believe as a general rule, Irian Jaya's aren't likely to brumate like Northerns. But they do hide more when in shedding mode
