Do a forum search for Jeff's "Lumpy". It had some pretty crazy spinal kinks.

If I had to guess, I would say it looks like a broken leg, hence the turning and swelling. This is probably a male due to the head damage and damage to the body indicating that it has been attacked by another bluey and possibly resulted in the leg being broken.

The head damage looks recent, I'm guessing it is housed with other blueys and the damage has been in the last few weeks due to the nature of the swelling and the fact it is mating season. wrong?

If it's not a break, consider gout, which can also cause swelling. Your blue tongue is likely in a lot of pain, too. Ask your vet about pain relief medications while the issue is being resolved.
