n00b to forum, but not to blueys
hey all on the bluetongue forums
im Rob from sydney australia, and ive grown up from a very young age with blue tongues as pets.
They are very common in our suburban gardens in australia
i have kept 2 blueys my first one lived in my care for 24 years!it waqs an adult when i got it.
and the other one is still going and ive had it about 23 years
it was an adult too when i found it,washed up on the shore of a lake after a bad storm
i find wild ones all the time,a couple of days ago i found 1 next to the shed in my yard
and found another two weeks ago when mountainbike riding
i always catch them for a close look

i never knew blueys where so popular in other countries
and was looking at pics of the non australian species ,there amazing
ive never seen some of these subspecies
