I see , vet diagnosed an abscess ?
Maybe try her on some CALCIVET https://www.mypetwarehouse.com.au/vetaf ... gJwuvD_BwE, is a very sweet (pleasant) tasting calcium glutamate solution that you can give orally by syringe .... all my skinks have loved the stuff .... even lick the fingers dry when they get it by syringe.
Try giving the food a dab of raw unpasteurized honey .... has health benefits (is a natural antibiotic) and will help if dabbed on the wound too and I've never met a lizard who didn't like the taste and smell of honey.
Vet said abscess but don't know what kind, they were going to run tests. We got Repashy Calcium Plus powder. I don't think taking it by syringe will help, we are giving her meds that way and she is fighting it hard. I'll ask the vet about the honey, she is already fighting bacteria and don't want to complicate it with the bacteria in the honey. We are supposed to take he for a check-up on the 16th so we will see after that.
