is there a minimum size/weight female northerns are suposed to reach before being able to breed successfully

What I have heard is about 15" Richard. I am too scattered to measure my young skinks when they breed for the first time, but 15" - 16" seems about right. PM me if you want to talk more about it. I have learned a few things that I would rather not discuss publicly.
